Imperatives, Drivers and Challenges; A study of schools implementing 'phase 3' learning platforms

This report is based on the comments of senior staff in 12 schools who have implemented 'mission-critical' learning platforms integrated with the school's MIS. They were asked what imperatives caused them to implement a learning platform, what benefits have driven its adoption and use, and what challenges they have faced. The report contains verbatim comments from those interviewed, which indicate that startling developments are happening in these schools.
