Becta, the government agency leading the national drive to ensure the effective and innovative use of technology throughout learning, have recently concluded a formal consultation about Home Access.
Following on from feedback received from this consultation with industry, Becta have now concluded a period of thorough review of both the functional expectations and the technical statement of requirements. In light of this, the
revised statement of requirements and accompanying
functional expectations commentary and
statement of requirements commentary can now be found in the documents portion of this site.
While at this stage Becta will not be holding another formal consultation we continue to welcome comments which can be submitted to homeaccess@becta.org.uk. Again, Becta would like to thank all respondents for their contributions.
